- 2 tbspn oil
- To taste Whole garam masala
- 1 packet of Biryani masala
- 3 tbspn curd
- 3-4 green chillies
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup fried onions
- 1 bunch coriander leaves
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- To taste Salt
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- As needed Rice (cooked)
- As needed Milk and saffron
- 2 potatoes
Instructions to make to make Chicken biryani
- Take cooker add chicken pieces,whole garam masala ginger garlic paste, biryani masala,red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder,cumin powder,coriander powder,tomatoes,green chillies,curd and lemon juice mix well..give 2 whistle..
- Now fry the onion till brown in colour..keep aside
- Take oil in a pan fry potatoes till brown in colour and then keep aside
- Now open the cooker..check whethr it has soak the water and chicken is cooked..if the water is still thr..keep on low flame till the masala dries up compltly, add fried onions and coriander to it and mix it well..
- Make sure thrs no water in masala, now boil the rice
- Take a serving vessel..add plain rice in the bottom..than add masala to it..again top up with plain rice...
- Now take very little hot milk add saffron and drop up on rice to give orange coloured rice, garnish with fried onions and coriander leaves...keep on stove on very low flame..till all the thngs combine to each other..
- Serve it hot.. enjy the best biryani..
