  18. 1 tablespoon all main garam masala
  19. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

  1. First wash chicken pieces with water carefully, take a big mixing bowl put chicken pieces, beat the curd and add to the same bowl, add required salt, add fried onion, give it a good mix,and keep rest for at least two hours.
  2. Next take a blender put roughly cut onion, tomato, green chilli, fried red chilli, ginger, garlic add little water and blend it coarsely, and keep aside,
  3. Heat the big pan or kadhai, put enough ghee I think 😂 for making delicious gravy, add jeera crackles, then add hing, garam masala, when all are heated add onion,jeera masala saute it now add turmeric powder, saute for three to four minutes in medium flame, when oil comes out from the gravy add chicken give it a good mix and saute for five minutes in high flame of the oven,
  4. Now add dry jeera, dhania powder mix well and continue to saute,
  5. When oil evaporates from the gravy add garam masala powder, add dry fenugreek leaves mix well, and saute,
  6. Now add one to two cups of water mix well and cover with the lid for at least forty five minutes first high flame for ten minutes, then in low flame of the oven, after that your yummy chicken is ready.serve with rice or paratha.
