- 1 big Capsicum
- 1 big onion
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
- 1/2 cup Schezwan sauce
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tsp black pepper powder
- As needed Oil
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 2 tbsp Maida
- to taste Salt
- 2 Green chilli
- 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
Instructions to make to make Chicken Chilli
- Wash and cut the chicken into small or medium pieces as per your choice.cut the onion and capsicum into thick slices shown in the pic.
- Take a bowl put chicken pieces add salt + black pepper powder + maida (2 tsp) + corn flour (1/4 cup) + egg (3 tsp) and mix well.
- Heat the oil and fry the chicken pieces till crispy and light golden in colour remove in a plate.
- Now heat some oil in a kadhai and add chopped capsicum and onion saute for 2 mins.Then add salt and pepper give a mix and add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 mins.
- Add soya sos + schezwan sos + red chilli sos mix it and cook for 1 mins add chicken pieces and slit green chilli and add to the gravy and 1 cup water and cook for 2 mins.
- Then on low flame add 2 tbsp cornflour paste (cornflour + water) mix it and turn off the flame.serve hot.
