- 1/2 tsp fenugreek leaves
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 1/2 tsp chaat masala powder
- As required Oil for frying
Steps to make to make Chicken fry
- First poke the chicken pieces with fork or knife.
- Take a bowl add 1 cup water, salt, vinegar and merge all chicken pieces into it and leave it for 1 hour.
- After one hour Remove the chicken pieces and wash it 3-4 times.
- Now put the chicken pieces in another bowl and add all the listed ingredients in it and mix it well.
- Marinate it for 3-4 hours or overnight.
- Now in a pan heat oil on medium flame.
- Drop the chicken pieces in it and fry for 2-3 minutes until it becomes golden brown.
- Now take them out in a kitchen towel.
- Now our crispy chicken fry is ready.
